Eating Disorder Therapy on the Main Line

$180 per 50-minute session · Evening & virtual openings · Superbills provided for out-of-network reimbursement

Eating disorders are rarely just about food. They're often bound up with anxiety, perfectionism, family roles, and how you feel in your body. Our therapy treats the whole picture, at a pace that feels safe, for adolescents 16+ and adults on the Main Line and virtually across Pennsylvania.

Signs it may be time to talk to someone

Food rules that keep tightening, cycles of restricting and bingeing, exercise that feels compulsive, or constant thoughts about weight and shape. Some people look fine from the outside and still feel ruled by these patterns.

A whole-person approach

Mandy has 20 years of experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. She brings together brain health, nutrition, and family systems theory, with art and music when they help, so therapy addresses the habits and the deeper roles beneath them.

Support for young adults and families

Eating concerns often surface during transitions: the end of high school, college, or a first job. Mandy has worked extensively with young adults and their families through these changes.

Coordinated care when you need more

When anxiety or depression is part of the picture, our board-certified psychiatrist can coordinate medication care within the practice. We also work alongside your physician and dietitian.

Frequently asked questions

What eating concerns do you treat?+

We work with restrictive eating, binge eating, bulimic patterns, chronic dieting, body image distress, and eating that has become tangled with anxiety or control. If you aren't sure whether what you're experiencing 'counts', it's still worth a conversation.

Do you treat eating disorders that need a higher level of care?+

Outpatient therapy fits many people. If medical stability or symptom severity calls for more support, we will tell you honestly and help coordinate with your physician or a higher level of care.

How much does eating disorder therapy cost?+

Individual therapy is $180 per 50-minute session. We are out-of-network by design and provide a superbill after each session so you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

Can family members be involved?+

Often, yes, especially for adolescents 16+ and young adults. Mandy's background in family systems means she can thoughtfully include family when it helps.

Are sessions available virtually?+

Yes. Therapy is available virtually throughout Pennsylvania.
