Schedule your first visit
New patient evaluations are scheduled after intake is complete. Established patients can also use this page to request follow-up appointments.

Do I need a referral?
No. You can start directly by emailing intake@bmhealth.com. We will guide you from there.
How long does the intake process take?
Most patients complete the secure form within 24–48 hours. We typically respond with next steps within one to two business days.
Do you accept insurance?
Bryn Mawr Mental Health and Wellness is an out-of-network concierge practice. We provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Can I be seen virtually?
Yes. Dr. Raena Khorram is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New York and offers virtual concierge psychiatry to patients located throughout greater New York State, including New York City, Westchester, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley.
