College and the years after bring independence, pressure, and big decisions, often all at once. We offer therapy for students at Villanova, Bryn Mawr, and Haverford, students home on break, and young adults starting out. In person in Bryn Mawr or virtually anywhere in Pennsylvania.

Anxiety and academic pressure, depression, loneliness, roommate and relationship stress, identity questions, eating concerns, and the move from high school to living on your own. Young adults also come in during first jobs, breakups, and the question of what comes next.
Our Bryn Mawr office is minutes from Villanova, Bryn Mawr College, and Haverford. Virtual sessions mean students can keep the same therapist through the semester, over winter and summer break, and back again, anywhere in Pennsylvania.
Mandy spent five years on Temple University's campus and has built her work around young adults and their families during transitions. Katie worked with students at the University of Pennsylvania as a prevention specialist and survivor advocate, and offers trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ affirming care.
Parents often make the first call. We are glad to talk with families about how to get started, while respecting each student's privacy and their control of their own care.
When medication may help, students can see our board-certified psychiatrist without starting over somewhere new, so therapy and medication care stay connected.

Request MandyYes. We're in Bryn Mawr, close to all three campuses, and we see students in person or virtually.
Yes, as long as you're in Pennsylvania. Virtual sessions let students continue with the same therapist whether they're on campus, home on break, or anywhere in the state.
Individual therapy is $180 per 50-minute session. We provide a superbill after each session so families can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse a portion once the deductible is met.
Students 18 and older control their own care and what is shared. When a student wants family involved, we include parents thoughtfully. For adolescents 16–17, we involve parents while protecting the teen's own space.
Yes. Our board-certified psychiatrist, Dr. Raena Khorram, has extensive experience with students at Pennsylvania-area schools and can coordinate medication care within the practice.
Students and parents can send a short note, and our care coordinator will follow up about the right therapist.
