
Tracy van der Zwan, LCSW
Tracy is a licensed clinical social worker with experience working with adolescents, young adults, families, couples, and individuals of all ages. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business from Queen's University in Ontario, Canada, and her Master of Social Service from the Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research.
Tracy is dedicated to helping clients identify and explore difficult feelings, thoughts, and maladaptive behaviors in a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space. As a psychotherapist and clinical social worker, she takes a holistic approach, building understanding through empathic listening, validation, and insightful questions grounded in curiosity, compassion, and connection.
She has worked with a wide range of mental health concerns across a diverse client base drawn from many socioeconomic, educational, age, and life-experience backgrounds.
Tracy has a particular interest in relational dynamics within peer and personal relationships, family conflict, and workplace interpersonal stressors. She also supervises graduate-level counseling students and provides life transition and career management coaching.
